Not much going on

here. I think I am about to ovulate soon. I'm not temping though, so who knows. My post-coital got postponed because my doctor went on vacation. Doesn't he know that I am O'ing now??!! ;)

Our housewarming party is the 21st. I am freaking out slightly and feeling overwhelmed at all there is to do. My parents and sister are styaing with us that weekend too. I will get everything done and pull everything off without a hitch. I always manage to somehow.

I have been working my tail off lately. Except for today- Veteran's Day. I found 2 entry-level Biologist positions but they are located 3 hours away. ::cue twinge of resentment:: Oh, well. I'll just keep looking.

We are going furniture shopping this weekend. So hopefully we will find some good priced stuff. STILL NO REFUND YET! We could definately use 8k.

So in 2 weeks, if no bfp, we will have unsucessfully completed a whole year of ttc. sigh. C'mon baby!!!

After playing phone tag all day we found out the DH's sperm is...NORMAL!!!

Count: 98 million

Motility: 90%

Morphology: 1% abnormal

pH: normal

YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cycle 12. TTC 1 year

and it really sucks. My husband and I are both crushed that I got my period today. He goes in for his s/a tomorrow. He can do it at home but I will be at work, so I made him some, ahem, 'material.' Who knew self timer function could be so useful ;) We are praying our booties off that his men are okay. We want a chance to conceive our children naturally and if his sperm are severely impaired in any way, that would pretty much destroy our chances and not to mention the cost of IUI or IVF.

Friday we went to a Sunday school party at the ss teachers house. We were invited by a friend since we are visitors at this church. There were 6 couples there. 3 pregnant and the other 3 couples had kids all under the age of 3. You've got to be kidding me right?? Oscar has been really sick this weekend too. We got him some medicine and his doggy vomitting and diarrhea have seemed to stop. And then I got AF today. Talk about crappy weekend. We have decided that we do really like the church we are attending and probably want to join. We went to the sunday school class this morning (with all the KU chicks) and liked that as well. So that is some good news.
